Refund policy
Membrain charges for independent consulting services, not for execution work.
Before work begins
If you paid by mistake or submit the same request twice, contact support promptly with your payment reference. Eligible duplicate payments will be reviewed for refund.
After delivery
A completed report, approved review or completed site visit is generally not refundable because professional time and analysis have been used. If there is a delivery error or a service could not be provided, we will review the matter fairly.

Email support@membrainapp.in with your registered email, request ID and payment reference. We will respond within one business day.
