Membrain provides independent building-protection consulting services, including technical analysis, reports and site-inspection requests. We do not contract for, supervise or carry out repair, waterproofing or painting work.
Reports and recommendations
Reports are based on the information, photographs, documents and site observations available at the time. They are technical guidance, not a guarantee of building performance or a substitute for a contractor’s own assessment and statutory compliance.
Your responsibility
You must check the final scope, site conditions, contractor credentials and applicable approvals before starting work. Do not rely on a report alone where a structural or safety concern requires a qualified professional.
Payments and delivery
Service pricing is shown before payment. Quote Audit and SpecPack may be reviewed before delivery. Delivery times are estimates and may depend on the completeness of the information supplied.
